Q1. What the necessary information should be provided before purchasing an elevator?
1). How many people loading? (6persons means 450kg, 8persons means 630kg, 10persons means 800kg,13persons means 1000kg etc.)
2) . How many floors does the elevator travel?
3)  . What's the shaft size? Shaft width and shaft depth?
4). Is there a machine room on top of the shaft? Photos on sites will be helpful for us to design more exact elevators for you.

Q2. What about the price level?

Q3. How long is the production cycle of the elevator?
Usually, 25 days, but for urgent production, for example, 20 days is also available.
 
Q4. How to do the elevator installation?
Normally, you can ask the local installation team to do that. There are many elevator engineers as long as there are many elevators in your country. On the other hand, we have many professional installation and maintenance partners in different countries, we can also recommend them to you, and we can also arrange for our engineers to install elevators and escalators on your sites, which will take more installation cost but quality will be the best.

We have a long-time and regular aftersales service system both in maintenance solutions and spare parts provision. We will send the installation & maintenance manual along with the escalator in the container.
